Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account suspension and permanent closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qb999 Account login credentials — your username/mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. qb999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
qb999 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. All Members are required to complete KYC verification before making a withdrawal and may be required to complete it before accessing certain deposit limits or features.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the qb999 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
qb999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or provision of false information during registration.
Members may request to close their Account at any time by contacting qb999 support via live chat or email. Upon Account closure, any real-money balance remaining (net of any pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. qb999 will notify the Member via their registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. Any bonus balances in dormant accounts will be forfeited. Real-money balances in dormant accounts remain the property of the Member and will be returned upon request following identity verification.

qb999's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from any claim in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
qb999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and is not liable for losses incurred as a result of technical downtime, maintenance periods, or connectivity failures beyond its reasonable control.
qb999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via the registered email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory obligation.
Continued use of the qb999 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 10.2.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qb999 is incorporated and holds its operating licence. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer law protections applicable in the Member's country of residence.
